Creatures of the Reef Shawl pattern, by Dorothy Siemens of Fiddlesticks Knitting, is a fanciful look at an ocean reef and the wonderful creatures that live there. In this shawl, your knit seashells, crabs, seahorses, starfish, two kinds of fish and foamy waves. This shawl is worked from the bottom edge to the middle of the top edge, decreasing every second row to create a triangular shape. This is a garter stitch shawl with every row knit. Recommended for Advanced Beginners and Intermediates.
