We currently accept payment through PayPal.  Your payment information, including credit card number, uses PayPal's secure server.  We do not see that information, and it does not go through our web site.

You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use their secure on-line payment service.  You may also pay via check or money order - please email us for instructions.

Taxes

No orders are subject to sales tax.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days, if all items are in stock. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately by email or telephone.

The shipping method for free shipping will be our choice, for domestic USA orders usually USPS 1st Class with delivery confirmation; and for International orders USPS 1st Class International (no tracking available).

Alternative shipping methods will be presented at check out.  If you need expedited delivery or tracking for your International order you will need to pay for the appropriate shipping method.

*The exceptions are liquids (such as wool washes), wooden needles and shawl pins, books and magazines due to weight (books/mags) and packaging requirements.  If you order any exception item your order WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING.

Returns

Special order items, clearance or sale items, One-time Special items, needles and patterns may not be returned.

Authorization is required before a returned item will be accepted.  Authorized returns may be made for refund within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in original unused condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.  This means that yarn that has been wound, knitted, become worn or smelly will NOT be accepted back or refunded if sent back.

If the returned item was originally shipped for free or reduced rate, then the amount refunded will have the actual shipping charge deducted.

Returns for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover credit card merchant fees charged to us.
