Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you receive yarn that is not to your liking in some way, you are welcome to return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Sale and Special Order Items
There are no returns on Special Order items, clearance or sale items, wound yarn, needles, hooks, bags, cases, magazines, patterns, or used/opened merchandise.
Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please let us know within 7 days if we've shipped the wrong item, or if an item is defective. In these instances Knitty Noddy will pay to ship you a new item, if one is available, and provide a postage-paid label to send the incorrect/defective item back to us.
Items Shipped Free
Items that were shipped to you at our cost (free to you), and are returned for reasons other than our error or product defect will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund.
Other unopened items in new condition may be returned according to the process below.
- Returns due to defect, or our error, must be requested within 7 days of the order.
- All other return requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- Authorized returns for a refund may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, at our discretion.
DEALS, DISCOUNTS, FREE SHIPPING
- Items shipped to you for free will have our cost of shipping deducted from the refund.
- Free-with-purchase deals: if the purchased item is returned and the free item is not, the regular price of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
- For buy-one-get-one and similar deals, if only a subset of the applicable items are being returned, the value of the refund will be calculated such that the full regular price has been paid for the item/items that are/is being kept.
- Discounted and sale items are not eligilbe for return or refund.
- Knitty Noddy does not pay shipping charges for returns, you must pay to ship the items back to us.
- If your returned items provided you free shipping on your order, we will deduct the difference from your refund.
- To initiate a return, you must contact us first.
- Wait for our email confirmation with directions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
- Ship the items as directed. You might consider insuring your return since we can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to us safely.
- We will email you a confirmation after we have processed your return and issued your refund, typically within 2 business days of receive the return.
- Unauthorized Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
